The Bankruptcy Consulting Services Group of Brown & Joseph consists of talented staff members including bankruptcy professionals, attorneys, accountants, analysts and administrative staff, all of whom have a wealth of bankruptcy knowledge. We have the ability to create demand letters and all associated attachments/exhibits that accompany them, and mail them directly from our offices. We also have a proprietary database, which we use to upload the debtors’ accounting records within the pre-preference and preference periods. Once the data has been loaded, we have the ability to formulate an estimated recoverable amount, along with individual reports for each of the avoidance actions. We can manage any size preference case both efficiently and cost effectively.

We have several fee structures available, including contingency, which we can implement on a case-by-case basis so that it will be beneficial for all parties involved.
